Sometimes the settings in your orders file will cause the Orderimp system to fail to import special characters, such as 'ü or ß'. To fix this, try saving your file as a .xls file instead of a .csv file. While .csv files are more reliable in most imports, we've discovered that .xls files sometimes work better when special characters are required.
