No problem. You can manually type values into the email field that will be applied to ALL orders. Please do be careful here, as it will also overwrite any emails that you do have in the file. We'd recommend making one .csv file of orders with all customer information, and one with just the orders that are missing the email, and then follow this video to fill in dummy information:
