This can be caused by a few different things, but the root cause is usually a caching issue with your browser. There are a few things that you can try to get back into the app, we'd recommend trying them in this order:


  • Clear your cache + cookies
  • Open a new 'incognito/privacy' window and logging into your Shopify account
  • Open a different browser than the one you were using before and try logging in
  • Check that you aren't blocking redirects
  • If all three of the above fail to solve the problem, then uninstalling and reinstalling the app from your Shopify dashboard will generally fix it
