Shopify sometimes takes a little while for their dashboard to update when a batch of new orders are imported. Give it 24 hours and try logging out/in from your shop. If the total number still has not updated after 24 hours then please reach out to support@orderimp.com and we'll contact Shopify on your behalf to try and get this resolved!
