We know that sometimes things just don't work out and you'd prefer to just move on. We get it. To make sure that a refund request gets processed in a timely manner, please send your request to support@orderimp.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Your shop name
- The email used to register your account
- The date that you purchased from us
- The reason for your request
Please note that we do not accept refund requests when the application worked as described and successfully imported orders.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers who attempt to 'game' our systems, act in bad faith, or harass our support staff.
